"We initially selected TalkTactics as our training provider following a request for proposal from three training suppliers. After talking with Craig McFadyen it was very clear that his desire to understand our business prior to tailoring a course to deliver against these requirements was very high on his list of priorities. The resulting proposal was very professional and outlined very clearly the course content and structure.
The training course was held over two, two day sessions and was an outstanding success. Not only did this training increase our quality of customer service, but it spearheaded a dramatic improvement in culture within our Call Centre, with particular note was the message of personal responsibility and your circle of influence.
As a result of the success of the first training session we have continued an ongoing relationship with TalkTactics. They have assisted us in re-writing our entire Induction Training Program and recently we completed a Relationship Selling Program, which was designed to build on the semi-technical focus of our help desk representatives to one where sales is an integral part of customer service. This course has produced some outstanding results, with an overnight increase in sales of 100% and this continues to improve.
