- Recorded – The solution records who has attended, when and using what material.
- Measured – The trainer can create competency questions that will automatically appear on the employee’s next performance evaluation, allowing the supervisor to evaluate and coach the employee in the working environment. The data collected provides an instant feedback of REAL training effectiveness, as measured in the workplace.
- Pass/Fail - Courses can utilise our unique Pass/Fail function which means employees do not pass a course until they have demonstrated successfully changed behaviour in the workplace, as measured by their own supervisor.
