We have also created a solution that finally includes supervisors as the main source of training effectiveness; while at the same time involving them automatically in coaching new competencies as they are trained.

Using only simple word processing skills, trainers and training material authors can now create and deliver training at all 400 branches that is fully:

Consistent – every course manual is produced from the ONE, up to date, source of learning units.
Self contained - Trainer and Student manuals are produced for each course, ensuring absolute consistency in delivery right down to individual pages in the manual.
Recorded – The solution records who has attended, when and using what material.
Measured – The trainer can create competency questions that will automatically appear on the employee’s next performance evaluation, allowing the supervisor to evaluate and coach the employee in the working environment. The data collected provides an instant feedback of REAL training effectiveness, as measured in the workplace.
Pass/Fail - Courses can utilise our unique Pass/Fail function which means employees do not pass a course until they have demonstrated successfully changed behaviour in the workplace, as measured by their own supervisor.
